Program Manager
Experience:- 15 years of IT experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related discipline
- OR equivalent experience in a technical or business discipline
- Manages substantial contract support operations involving multiple projects.
- Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and production of all contract support activities.
- Must have demonstrated communication skills at all levels of management.
- Serves as the contractor's authorized interface with the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR), government management personnel, and client agency representatives.
- Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communication policies, purposes and goals of the organization to subordinate personnel.
- Responsible for overall contract performance.
- Under stringent time frames, assembles and recruits as necessary to perform assigned tasks.
- Demonstrates capability in the overall management of multitask contracts of the size, type, and complexity found within the Federal Government Market.

Systems/Software Analyst
Experience:- 5 years of IT experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related discipline
- OR equivalent experience in a technical or business discipline.
- Analyzes, develops, tests, and/or modifies hardware and software solutions to meet the user's system analysis and/or systems integration requirements.
- Coordinates with user to identify data availability, reports requirements, and systems design problems.
- Defines systems objectives and prepares systems design specifications to meet user requirements and to satisfy interface problems.
- Reviews work products for correctness, adherence to the design concept and user standards, and progress in accordance with schedules.
- Prepares status reports and presentations on task performance to clients.
- May function as team leader and/or provide direction to lower level staff.

Systems Administrator
Experience:- 5 years of IT experience, esp. mainframes or mini computers
- Certification(s) may be required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related discipline
- OR equivalent experience in a technical or business discipline.
- Administers the operation of business systems that may be mainframe, mini, or client/server-based.
- Troubleshoots computer-related problems and, as necessary, contacts appropriate service representatives to resolve systems problems.
- Installs hardware and software, as needed.
- Performs backups, database administration, and file recovery.
- Optimizes system operation and resource utilization and performs system-capacity analysis and planning.
- Provides assistance to users in assessing and using business systems.
- May provide direction to entry-level systems administrators.

Network Engineer
Experience:- 5 years of IT experience, esp. mainframes or mini computers
- Certification(s) may be required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related discipline
- OR equivalent experience in a technical or business discipline.
- Applies extremely complex networking concepts in the analysis study, and design of data networks.
- Analyzes network characteristics (e.g., traffic, connect time transmission speed, packet sizes, and throughput) and recommends procurement, removals and modifications to network components and capabilities.
- Reviews existing network designs and capabilities with the goal of making refinements, reducing operating overhead, enhancing network throughput, and improving current network topologies.
- Determines environmental and building power requirements for system design, types and gauges of cable for communications applications, installation and testing requirements, cross-connection on distribution equipment, intermediate distribution frames, wire closets, pin and jack arrangements, and cable inventory management systems.
- May provide team leadership or consulting support on complex tasks.

Cable Installer
Experience:- 3 years of IT experience, esp. mainframes or mini computers
- Certification(s) may be required
- High School Diploma or Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other unrelated discipline
- OR equivalent experience in a technical or business discipline.
- Applies extremely complex cabling techniques/concepts in the analysis study, and design of cable installations.
- Analyzes network characteristics/needs (e.g., traffic, connect time, transmission speed, packet sizes, and throughput) and recommends procurement, removals and modifications to existing and planned cable installations.
- Reviews existing cabling designs and capabilities with the goal of making refinements, reducing cost, enhancing throughput, and improving the currently installed cable installation.
- Determines environmental and space requirements for cable design, types and gauges of cable for communications applications, installation and testing requirements, cross-connection on distribution equipment, intermediate distribution frames, wire closets, pin and jack arrangements, and cable inventory management systems.

Help Desk
Experience:- 3 years of IT experience, esp. mainframes or mini computers
- High School Diploma or Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other unrelated discipline
- OR equivalent experience in a technical or business discipline.
- Provides support to users who are responsible for support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, standard Windows desktop applications, and applications developed.
- Troubleshoots hardware/software PC and printer problems.
